The Edwards family, owners of Jim Edwards Bar and Restaurant since 1971, have provided excellent food in a warm friendly atmosphere for many Irish and international visitors to Kinsale.

We offer both a la carte and gastro pub menus prepared with the freshest of local produce that highlights what our great region has to offer. Our wide ranging menus have everthing from Black sole on the bone to lambs kidneys, and we’re renowned worldwide for our fresh Atlantic prawn scampi. We cater for all dietary requirements, so if you wish to enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of our bar or our nautical themed restaurant you’ll be promised a warm welcome by the Edwards family and staff. Our new outside dining area has also proved very popular with our customers.
